Make promo code an In-game Option.

Hello Kabam,
I've gave a wrong email id to register my kabam account. From then on I'm unable to change it, which made me to loose all the free stuff provided by game through promo codes. I think you should add this promo code option into the game So that i can claim those rewards. Hope you make this change.

    (although this is actually a good idea, also gets around the issues for people who are only registered via Game/Play Center too, who can not manage to create an actual Kabam ID)

    Did you use the incorrect email address for BOTH your game account as well as the forum account here ?

    (and, actually, doesn’t matter what your FORUM account is, it ONLY matters for using your GAME ACCOUNT login when you go into WebStore to claim Web Daily/Weekly or Promo Codes)

    Even if it is not a real email address, it is only being used as a “username” in order to login to Game or WebStore.

    (unless you have forgotten what that email address was, but in game you can see what it is in the Login Settings area)

    I don't know the password as it was created by linking google play account and the mail it took added a '1' after the '@gmail.com' which looks like this 'xyz@gmail.com1'. For this I can't change the password and I can't even prove my ownership of the account as this account was created by linking google play account. The kabam support too didn't helped much in solving this issue.

    Is there any way you could reset the page or delete the e-mail? Also, I agree, we shouldn't need to go off site to use a code.

    I've tried raising tickets and kabam still asks my same old questions for proving ownership. I've sent them screenshots of what's the problem ,how can't I access the information and what's the information that I have . In the end they say that without proving ownership nothing could be done and they mark the ticket as solved. I've got vexed with these emails. So please @kabam please help me.

    Seems like Kabam’s goal to avoid account selling, end up taking many legit players as “prisoners”.

    It used to be rather easy to change e-mail, but Kabam changed the process / questoins that need to be answered, so now it is hard, eg. not possible if you cannot remember the exact first two purchages you bought (for some of us this happened back in December 2014)

    Who remembers the things from 6 to 7 years past. There should be norms that should be helpful for the original account owner right. Kabam need to take a look at these norms again. It was too hard for the real owner to prove his ownership.
