Kabam ID link issue with google play game account

It might be my 4-5th try to mail kabam to help me link a kabam id to my game account. My account is around 6-7years old and at the time of creation I used google playgames id to create this account. But from the past 3-4months i have been trying to link a kabam id to my current game account. Whenever i try to link a new kabam id to the current game account, it just create a new game account and says "Your account is already linked with a game account, Would you like to log into it?" even though that kabam id was made fresh recently. You get either a cancel option or a login option. And if you click on "Log In" then it sends you to a completely new account. I made 4 kabam id and everytime I tried to link it to my current game account, it just creates a new game account and redirect me to that account.
When i try to reach out kabam, they just send me a computer generated mail and ask to fill the details of my game account. And here comes the second issue, i don't know the exact date or month of creation of this account. Its been 6-7yrs and i do delete my mails regularly within 1month. So i wont have a creation mail of 6-7yrs back with me. I used the data from my google play account 1st achievement date, gave all the other details like the 1st two payment amount, ingame id name,etc. But they just send me that my details are incorrect and as per my guess its due to my wrong details of date of creation. I don't know why they don't have a second verification method. I have the payment receipts of every purchase, i have changed my device twice in the past 6-7yrs and i am ready to provide you the proof of it, or i can provide you with any other data proof other than the creation date and the 1st game id name. I am not a whale but i have spent around $150+ in this game and i plan to spend more. But as i see now, you are giving extra rewards and deals and promocodes to the webstore users only and you are also not fixing the issue for how to properly link a kabam id to you existing google play linked account. I really hope that i get a solution before the July 4th offers goes out. I tried to reach out kabam during the Spring Cleaning event and even then it wasn't fixed. And now i am trying again. Hope this time it get resolved for me and other who are facing the similar issues.

    On your game account, can you go to Settings, click "Go To Forums:.

    If it ask you for an account name, create one.
    Then go to profile on the forum account, you should be able to see the email.

    It sounds like in spite of the fact that you say you were using your Google Play account to log into the game, you did in fact create a Kabam ID in the past. That's why the game is saying you cannot create one now and tries to create a new account. You cannot create a Kabam ID for a game that already has a Kabam ID. That would allow for instant game account hijacking.

    You need to either figure out what that Kabam ID was, or ask support to change it. Key word: change. You have to tell them you had a Kabam ID and lost or forgot it, and want to replace it with a new one. They will ask you account verification questions before allowing you to do this, because if they ask you simple stuff anyone can guess someone else could simply once again hijack your account.

    It is unfortunate that the method of account verification is currently clumsy. It was created long ago, and it probably needs to be updated. But they can't just do that willy nilly, because if they do it wrong they will open the door for all sorts of problems when the info they ask for becomes something you alliance mates could figure out and then steal your game account from you. I've actually discussed this subject with Kabam many times over the years, and I think they also believe there should be better ways of doing this, but as I said, this cannot be changed casually. I've seen many suggestions in the past over how to change it, and in virtually every case I was able to find an exploit that would allow easier account hijacking than is possible now.

    Also, one of the ways that players fail the account verification process is when they have or forget they have multiple game accounts, and confuse the two together so they are giving, say, the account creation date of account #1 but the purchase history of account #2. Support will not always tell you that you are doing this, and will simply fail the request. You have to carefully keep account information separate.

    I had the same issue, but it solved, conracr kabam support. They assisted me within few hours

    I had the same issue, but it solved, conracr kabam support. They assisted me within few hours

    What was the process, can you give some insight on it?

    Now if i add a new gmail address and request password change, nothing comes to that mail address. And if i have a mail id linked then that a invalid mail id like its gamil.com instead of gmail.com. In my previous ticket i mentioned that too like with a mail id is already linked then its an invalid one. But they say that i need to give the info of the date of creation and Original game account name that i don't remember. I have all the payment receipts till date which i can send for account verification. Just i need a real person or admin to look into my case not a bot.
