    Did you enter it TOO LATE ?

    Was good for only 24 hours, and would have ended (based on timestamp of your post here) 2 hours prior to the time you made this post.

    If you tried it, failed, and then came very soon here to make this post, then it was EXPIRED.

    But if you successfully entered the code earlier, and it told you it worked.
    But then IN-GAME you just never received it ?
    Maybe your Kabam ID Login you used for WebStore up here was different from your Login for your Game Account ?
    Like maybe you have multiple game accounts, and what you logged into was for one of your older game accounts ??

    Cellular or Wi-Fi: WI-Fi
    Game version installed: 45.1.0
    Game mode: Gifts.
    Champions affected: Guardian.
    Active boosts: No.
    Description of the issue: No Guardian Box gift is comming after typed in time.

    After a few minutes of news about Gift I typed "JAXSAYSGOODBYE" in https://store.playcontestofchampions.com/
    No rewards.

    As you can see in screenshot attached says : "You have reached the coupon redemption limit." I think this mean that was typed in time. Also you can check Account server time conection.

    Please help us. I think is not our fault...

    Do all those above maybe have multiple game accounts ?

    Or a mismatched Kabam ID for GAME vs here on FORUMS ?

    Have to login to WebStore with the Kabam ID that is linked to your GAME ACCOUNT that you want it to be sent to.

    (also, assuming you entered the Code correctly during the 24 hours that it was only good for)

    If all that is true, try “Submit a Request” from Support pages, maybe they can confirm if you entered the Promo Code on time, and with your actual Game Login, and whether you received it or not.
    (7* was only for certain Progression or above, others only got 6*, or if brand new then only 3* I think)

    Thank you so much SummonerNR for your support. I have no multiple accounts and I´m sure about Kabam ID and time. 8 years playing MCOC...But again thank you for your help and tips....
