    Is it 9500 for 7* ?

    If below Paragon, it is 2500 for the 6* version.


    As to where, it should be a pop-up after restarting game first time.
    Or else, (any such pop-up offers) are always available from ICON on bottom of main screen (left-most icon on that row, with an expiration timer, 2 days I think for these latest 7*/6* offers the past few days).
