Will there be another chance to awaken 7* deathless champs?

Aside from waiting for 7* awakening gems to eventually come to the game. Do we know if there will be a way awaken 7* deathless champs? I couldn't awaken my 7* DKG because I was missing the last piece when the SOS challenge was available to awaken him. Do we have any possible way in the future to awaken him since I missed it the first time around?

    Maybe they will take pity on us and the deathless Thanos event will also reward a dupe of each of the others so that there is another chance for those that missed, and extra sigs for those that already got them.

    That would be nice, but I think that would be more wishful thinking

    I think they said this was the only time if u missed it be gems when they drop only
