I have R5 6* Warlock.

Should I R3 7* duped Red Skull or unduped Warlock?

Can always use Tier 2 dust on 6* R5 Warlock?

Also have 7* Guardian duped, Prowler unduped, Shuri unduped and Shocker unduped
