    This is summoner progression based.. Uncollected get 4* Iceman
    Cavalier get 5* Iceman
    Thronebreaker get 6* Iceman (paragon and Valiant fall under this group as well)

    If I remember correctly, raffle in twitch are the only one that kabam counts.. although they did stream on YouTube simultaneously (noticed that the YouTube stream was few seconds faster than the Twitch live stream)

    Unless kabam suddenly changed this.. since when Jax started the Twitch love stream experiment.. kabam has noted that only raffle tickets in Twitch live stream count.. I watch in both platforms and notice many people watching on YouTube typing !ticket as well.. Jax even says a few times better make Twitch account.. winner will recieve message thru Twitch if they win.. etc etc..

    Not sure how there can be misunderstanding.. but give Kabam Dave some time to get adjusted to his new role.. make him feel welcome!
