    He will be better as 7*
    As 6* he's struggling to keep up with r3 defenders

    They buffed him and now his special 2 does huge damage. He was always a decent utility champ but considered weak due to his damage. The buff gave him above average damage and now he is in the reckoning for a good science rank up. I still think his damage is a bit crit dependent but he is worth r3 at least as a 6* and if he releases early as a 7* then worth the rank up

    Yes and no. He is a good champ to rank up but not after Hulkling and you really need his signature ability to get the most out of him. I would do Black Widow and AA after Hulkling.

    Assuming your roster is a decent indicator, you’re probably still fairly early in story content. Claire will put in a huge amount of work against difficult opponents and she will save you resources by minimizing chip damage.
