No Dex in Battlegrounds?

in Bugs and Known Issues
Is anyone else not being able to trigger the dexterity mastery in battlegrounds one dodges that would normally be dex? I've had several instances where I am dodging blasts or the like in specials but not gaining a precision buff, and several other instances where I just can't dex. This happens only in battlegrounds, and recently too. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    No I haven't even touched my loadout in forever

    It is not just in BGs, it just feels more noticeable.
    The other posters, you are able to dex to avoid damage, but there is no call out and you don't get the crit buff.

    I came here to post something about this. Just died to a guardian special cause I dodged back, left side said “Dexterity” and first wave killed me. Of course I never record so don’t have it. It was too fast to see if buff didn’t trigger too
