decided i want to try and upload stuff like this as a little visual diary of progress as well but also to showcase my incredible dumb luck and lack of skill
probably won’t do this a lot but still figured it was worth sharing
put off this boss because he seemed scary but apoc made the intercepts easy and got the solo- was honestly super fun but doing vision for 4/6 of the paths is the way to go haha
I’m in a pretty similar place right now. Trying my luck on first path of crucible now with my relatively smaller roster. Saving all of my goodies until my act 8 exploration for a mega opening
couldn’t sleep so i smashed out the final path in 8.2.1 super easy even with my doom at rank 3
since my energy is at a perfect zero i’m calling it a night but i did manage to also do this thanks to the exploration rewards:
fully maxed apoc baby yeah!
i also got really lucky out of a 25% t6cc crystal and got cosmic which means the three selectors from the paragon calendar will let me take red goblin to rank 2 so there is that

I am just Paragon and not really looking forward to the grind of Valiant — I just don’t have the time to focus like these longer fights require for this stage of content demand — but it’s fun to see good old-schoolers still in the mix!

honestly a lot of the paths don’t take that long- the 8.2.1 stun vulnerability path took maybe a minute and my doom is only rank 3
the only long fights are some of the bigger bosses like scytalis and whatnot

8.3 and 8.4 are so much better than 8.1 and 8.2 because of the three paths for exploration vs six

You don’t really need a stun champ, it just helps. Giving him debuffs also gives him more power and attack I believe…. Can just use a high damage dealer

in all honesty i was hoping for another mutant- storm is currently the mutant 7 star i have and i wanted a little more class diversity there
