The Crucible - wrong translation 1k units lost

Hello everyone,

since I have an old and very laggy device I die a lot in mcoc (maybe also a skill issue ;). However, It is easy to farm the revives before each big content drop. That way I was able to run through even necropolis with a lot of lag.

Now to the issue: The crucible has a wrong translation in the objective:


Here it says that you need to complete it in EVERY difficulty instead of in ANY difficulty. So it makes sense that I did the easy difficulty first and then the legendary spending twice the revives and time for the first path. My ticket got a generic answer that they are looking into it. But I need the revives back to finish the second path now. The ticket even states that it was a mistake in translation:

"I understand that there is a mistranslation with the description of the Crucible Quest Exploration Solo Objective in German translation."

This is not the first time the translation was wrong but this time it had a big impact to me. The champion Tags are often translated wrong too. At this point I will change the language to english since the german translation does not make any sense and is simply wrong.

Anyone else got the same issue?

    I think there’s been something like this that happened before to do with translation and support sorted it out, have you sent a ticket in?

    yes I did. The issue is that I have just 18 more days to get the objective and will be not able to play for the next two weeks. I need to know now if I get the revives back and if the progress of one difficulty will be removed in order to know how to proceed here. Do I farm revives now? Do I complete the legendary difficulty or try to complete the regular? Which path will they remove? How do they handle this issue at all?

    The only definite answer I got was that they cannot fix this issue on my account but later via an in game message.

    It's the weekend so I wouldn't expect any kind of response here but I'll tag the mods since this is an actual real issue with the game.

    I think there was a similar issue with the sos objectives. So i guess this should be looked into but I would advice to change it to english language since I think they would use some software to translate English to other languages and that software could have some problems(I could be wrong)

    German summoner here as well - this led to huge confusion in my alliance too. I only knew because I followed forums/youtube.

    There is an issue with the word complete as well because you have to explore not complete
