  Unsure

  At first I thought that tuning up his base abilities and increasing his damage would make him a better champion, but then I realized that he has time travelling capabilities, telepathy, and telekinesis. Perhaps a rework would be better?

  Put Apoc synergy into his base kit

  Tbh I wouldn't change a thing. His damage is so ridiculous with the apoc synergy that I think he's in a decent spot where he is. Sure, working the synergy into his base kit would be great, but I feel like that would be insane for bgs and make him the best bullseye counter in game.

  Tune up to his base abilities

  The issue is that making the apocalypse synergy part of his kit removes all semblance of a rotation, you just heavy to do a lot of damage and that's the only thing that matters. I think he just needs a red guardian level buff to his base abilities to just refine them a little and maybe give his specials some extra juice and leave the degen stacking as a synergy. That synergy is great but if that was his base kit he would just be stupid busted.
  
  I would personally move his true strike to all of his specials for a period of time and have it pause while he has either a regen or power gain active, maybe even give him access to some neuroshock for the extra utility

  I think personally his overall kit needs a tune up but I also feel adding the Fantman and Stryfe synergies into his base kit would give him more utility. A huge numbers buff alongside it would make him a pretty good champion. I love using him with the horseman of apoc prefight when going through biohazard nodes its pretty fun and doesn't require constantly heavying.
  
  I highly doubt he will get a buff anytime soon if not at all. I would prefer Kabam buff or rework older champions first that aren't so good. At least with apocalypse cable is pretty decent. I would just prefer more useless champions be more usable. I would love to have some fun with moon knight one of my favorite marvel characters but as is he just isn't good.

  To make justice for one of the most influencial characters of X-men lore, they need to rework him
  
  And there are many ways to approach him.
  He can be adapting mutant, that becomes resistant to different dmg over time effects (like he is now with poison and bleed)
  There is room to try some design with time manipulation (Kang style)
  His right hand is literally infected with techo-organic virus. Maybe give him some resemblance to Warlock?

  Make him his degen not be lowered base on power meter and put the apoc degen stacking on base kit give apoc horsemen something else his power gain in base kit and let his dup be like a new thing for his virus like a plague effect which is a passive which boosts the degen potency or something to do with the virus anyway be interesting

  Just put his apocalypse synergy in his base kit. That's literally all he needs. No champ is fully immune to degen unless it's a node.

  So he would be like, red Mags and AA which relies on heavy to do damage. Nothing wrong with that.

  I'd make the Apoc synergy base but with a twist: remove degen stack limit but each extra degen has reduced potency and instead his specials deal instant degens for each degen on the opponent, I think that'd be really cool and it would change that braindead heavy spam playstyle he currently has at least a bit.

  With Sinister's buff making him one of the top mutants in the game, cable has only fallen off more. Mr Sinister is just a better champ to take into a quest with Apoc. Mr Sinister + Apoc is probably one of the best synergies I have played around with recently. The degen damage is off the charts and ofc apoc gains the same benefit as he does with cable

  We have mr sinister who can deal up to 12-14k per tick. I don't think cable having the synergy in his base kit is gonna break the game

  I'd add the Apoc synergy into his base kit. It might seem a little overpowered, but with mutant champs like Onslaught running around, he'd probably fit right in.
