Recent Champion Bugs

Beta Ray Bill
- The Resonance Buff from his Special Attack 3 appears to have a much lower potency than its listed potency of 100%, as he deals less than 100% of his hit damage as a burst of Energy Damage on attacks, even with his Signature Ability active
- Galactic Breakout Synergy: Beta Ray Bill's Armor Pulverize on the last hit of his Special Attacks does not deal any Direct Damage to the opponent

The Leader:
- Captain Marvel (MCU) Purifies all of The Leader's personal Debuffs when she activates Binary Ignition, even though his personal Debuffs specify that they are Severe and cannot be Purified.

Galan
- While The Harvest is active, the final hit of Galan's Special Attack 2 only inflicts 1 Incinerate Debuff instead of 3

Ironheart
- The listed potency of Ironheart's Vulnerability passive is always equal to 20% of Ironheart's current Base Attack Rating regardless of her Rank or Rarity, suggesting that this value is not accurately reflecting its potency
- Ironheart's Vulnerability passive is not reducing the opponent's Physical and Energy Resistances correctly; instead, while this passive is active, the opponent takes reduced damage from all of Ironheart's attacks and Repulsor Debuffs, suggesting that her Vulnerability passive is increasing the opponent's Physical and Energy Resistances instead

Silver Sable
- The listed potency of the Cruelty Buff granted by her Special Attack 2 is always equal to 100% of Silver Sable's current Base Attack Rating regardless of her Rank or Rarity, suggesting that this value is not accurately reflecting its potency
- The minimum listed potency of the Cruelty Buffs granted by her Signature Ability is always equal to 1% of Silver Sable's current Base Attack Rating regardless of her Rank or Rarity, suggesting that this value is not accurately reflecting its potency
- The maximum listed potency of the Cruelty Buffs granted by her Signature Ability is always equal to 5.006% of Silver Sable's current Base Attack Rating regardless of her Rank or Rarity, suggesting that this value is not accurately reflecting its potency

Nightcrawler
- Nightcrawler gains a Prowess passive whenever he Dodges or Evades an attack, instead of only occurring on Dodges as is specified in his abilities
- Old Teammates Synergy: No apparent effect; Nightcrawler starts each fight in Neyaphem Mode instead of Swashbuckling Mode as specified, and since his base Instant Bleed chance has been increased to 100%, it is unclear if he still gains +30% Bleed Ability Accuracy
- Live or Die By The Sword Synergy: No apparent effect; Nightcrawler does not gain a Cruelty Buff or passive when he switches Modes

Onslaught:
- Onslaught's Special Attack 3 will not consume reduced Power if activated while the opponent is suffering from more than 8 Neuroshock passives; instead, his Power will be reset to 0

Moondragon:
- Does not have the #Psychic Shielding tag, but counts as having the #Psychic Shielding tag against Stryfe and Professor X

Vox:
- While Defending, an Awakened Vox's active Degeneration Debuffs increase in damage each time Vox is struck by an attack, when a Defending Vox's Degeneration Debuffs should only increase in damage when hitting the opponent with scythe attacks or Blocking attacks

Ebony Maw:
- Ultron (Age of Ultron)'s Guaranteed Critical Hits do not Miss Ebony Maw or trigger his Unwavering Mission Degeneration.

Peni Parker:
- When Peni's Auto-Block is bypassed by Taskmaster's Exploit Weakness attacks, Squirrel Girl's Distraction Debuff, or Attuma's True Accuracy passives, these Champions are still Power Burned each time they strike Peni Parker; the only effects that do not trigger Power Burn when striking Peni Parker are Unblockable, Undermine, and the final hit of Super-Skrull's Special Attack 1

Spot:
- As a result of the alterations to abilities that allow Champions to Block Unblockable attacks, Spot's Portal Block no longer allows him to Block Heavy Attack hits at all, no matter how many Spots he has.
- Another Dimension Synergy: No apparent effect; does not allow Spot's Portal Block to Block Heavy Attack hits at all, no matter how many Spots he has

Mordo:
- His immunity to passive Ability Accuracy Reduction effects does not prevent him from being inflicted with Neutralize passives, nor does it prevent Neutralize passives from reducing his Buff Ability Accuracy.
- His Special Attack 1 does not count as a Physical attack or an Energy attack
- His Safeguard activation timer restarts when the opponent hits into his Block or at random while Safeguard is already active

Doctor Strange:
- Doctor Despots/Doctors Strange Synergies: If the Doctor Despots Synergy is active, Doctor Strange cannot gain the Prowess passives granted by the Doctors Strange Synergy, even if he does not refresh his Vishanti Blessings with his Heavy Attacks

Luke Cage
- (This problem only occurred with my 3 Star Luke Cage and my 4 Star Luke Cage, each with their Signature Ability at Level 99): If Luke Cage inflicts a Stun Debuff through his Special Attack 1 or the Parry Mastery while his Indestructible passive is on cooldown, the cooldown timer becomes indefinitely paused when the Stun Debuff ends, and will only unpause for the duration of any Stun Debuffs. If Magneto's Guidance Boost Pre-Fight Ability is active, the Stun passives will not pause the cooldown timer when they expire, nor will they unpause the cooldown timer while they are active.
- (This problem only occurred with my 5 Star Luke Cage with a Signature Ability at Level 60): If Luke Cage inflicts a Stun Debuff through his Special Attack 1 or the Parry Mastery while his Indestructible passive is on cooldown, the cooldown timer becomes paused for the duration of any Stun Debuffs. If Magneto's Guidance Boost Pre-Fight Ability is active, the Stun passives will not pause the cooldown timer while they are active.
- Defenders Destroyer Synergy: Grants Luke Cage a small damage bonus (about +7% Attack Rating) even though he has 0 Physical Resistance, and does not grant him any additional Attack Rating when his Physical Resistance is increased
- Supernanny Synergy: No apparent effect; does not grant Luke Cage a Fury Buff when struck by a Special Attack 3 while Indestructible

Red Guardian:
- Enhanced With Carbonadium Synergy: No apparent effect; does not reduce incoming hit damage while the Ablative Shield is at Max Durability
- Magnificent Manes Synergy: No apparent effect; does not grant Red Guardian a Fury passive while his Ablative Shield is Fractured

Thor (Ragnarok):
- Like Old Days Synergy: Instead of activating the first time Thor gets struck by an attack during the fight, this Combo Shield activates if Thor Blocks a Basic Attack, uses Dexterity to avoid a Basic Attack, or gets struck by a Basic Attack, and will not activate if Thor is struck by a Special Attack.
- Friend From Work Synergy: Grants the Hulks and Overseer an Indestructible Buff instead of the specified Indestructible passive

Black Cat
- Impetuous Youth Synergy: If Black Cat is struck by an attack (even with her Combo Shields active), she will not be able to activate this Precision passive until she adds 100+ Hits to her Combo Meter; this Precision passive will also fail to activate for no apparent reason.
- Ms. Creants Synergy: Black Cat's Cruelty passives are not paused if she ends the Heist with her Special Attack 2

Iron Man (Classic)
- An awakened Longshot will sometimes place Bad Karma on Iron Man when Iron Man gains an Armor Up Buff, even though no Armor Up Buffs are Nullified
- While fighting against Black Widow (Claire Voyant), whenever either Champion strikes the other with a Light or Medium Attack while Iron Man has any Armor Up Buffs and Claire Voyant has any Clairvoyance charges, no Armor Up Buffs are Nullified but 1 Clairvoyance charge is consumed anyway.

Mordo's SP2 second hit does not reach the opponent even after the first hit was success. Opponent recovers before Mordo is recovered from the SP2 hit.

Awesome list, I really appreciate the depth of your observations here. I want to add some that I’ve already talked about in a different post but would fit here as well:

    Dust
-Purify burst damage is completely gone (damage loss)
-Sand conversion on purify is 2 instead of 3 (pretty massive damage loss as a result)
-Her steadfast ability reportedly does not work consistently
-Dust’s “purify” abilities apply to cleanse, which is not normal for Mutants that counter purification abilities. This bug, though, I think should be amended to her kit.

    MrSanguini -

After doing a bit of testing with Dust (and a few other Mutant Champions for comparison) here's what I've noticed:

It appears that the reason why her Sand Debuffs are inflicting 2 Sand passives instead of the correct 3 is because currently it appears that Purifying Sand Debuffs are the only way that she can inflict Sand passives. She's only inflicting the 2 additional Sand passives from Purifying a Sand Debuff, but not the 1 Sand passive that should be inflicted when any Debuff on the opponent is Purified- from what I've seen, she doesn't inflict any Sand passives when a Stun Debuff or one of her Physical Vulnerability Debuffs are Purified.

I think this issue might be directly related to the issue with her Purify burst damage being removed, since this is all listed as one line of text in her kit- "When the Opponent Purifies a Debuff, Dust deals a burst of X Physical Damage and inflicts 1 indefinite Sand passive."

Interestingly, it appears that not only do Cleanse effects count as Purify effects to Dust's Purify punishment abilities, but it appears that Cleanse effects are the only way for her Purify punishment abilities to activate properly. If Dust's Sand Debuffs are Cleansed, she will inflict 3 Sand passives and deals a burst of Physical Damage; if a Debuff other than Sand is Cleansed, she inflicts 1 Sand passive and deals a burst of Physical Damage.

I don't think Dust is the only Mutant experiencing problems related to Purify punishment abilities- Jubilee isn't dealing Energy Damage to her opponents when Debuffs are Purified, and Onslaught seems to inflict matching passives when his Debuffs are Cleansed instead of Purified. I'm curious just how widespread these issues are among Mutant Champions.

I haven't seen any issue with her Steadfast ability as of yet, but that's not to say that it isn't happening.
