Who should I rank as my first two 7* r2s?

I have a generic gem and soon will have a saga gem. Who should I use each on? I’m leaning towards Juggernaut and Guardian. Maybe BRB instead of Guardian for the saga but haven’t played him enough yet. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks! Just ranked Juggs up this morning. Turns out I had enough resources for him and Photon so took them both up. Now waiting for my Saga gem and deciding if I’m should use it on Guardian or BRB.
