Just curious when we can expect reunion crystal compensation?

    But the question remains when. Kabam is picking and choosing their words a little bit too carefully. Also kabam didn’t have an issue taking money for a deal that backfired.

    (excuse the multiple re-posting, there were so many threads all asking the same questions)
    (and no, not an official announcement, just what I see here tonight in game crystals)

    Any Reunion crystals you had not opened yet, are STILL THERE.
    (Although their Position in the Crystals Tab appears to have been shifted down lower, not next to your normal Daily or 4-hour crystals like they had been).

    And (part of the original issues compensation), you’ll probably see additional “Reunion Double-Up” crystals in there too. (I got 3, as a “non-purchaser”, but they were NOT in any Mail Msg or Stash, just re-appeared in Crystals Tab directly).
    From originally when Double-Up's were given out, and some ppl had opened them, but those that didn’t open them had them taken away.
    For those people, they were given back the ones they had initially (without buying) been given but had not yet opened before Kabam corrected the bug and took them away.

    *not sure if “purchasers” have also been credited with additional “Double-Up” Crystals yet or not.
    But for those asking “when is it coming”, don’t expect them to arrive thru an actual Game Mail. They may just show up in your Crystals Tab.
    Which also means some people who have since gone in and opened up all of their remaining Double-Up ones, may not even realize that they have been credited with these Compensation extra ones when they just opened them all.

    The other thing I remember Crashed commenting on was that the crystal that was removed from accounts on the day they fixed the bug would also be restored to the players accounts. That hasnt happened yet right?

    Crashed also said people who bought the deal would get 6 crystals as compensation for the mess up of everyone getting the double up for free at the start of the event

    I thought Polygon was asking about the ones that had been removed when they fixed the bug.
    I take than to mean for those who did *NOT* buy it, and had those originally mistakenly given crystals taken away.
    That is what was just given back to people here, and my reply to Poly.

    If those that *DID* buy had also had them removed, then those may not have been given out yet (plus the “doubled” portion of those 3, that as of prior writing had evidently not gone out yet)
