Invulnerable Crystal - no rewards received

September 5 in Bugs and Known Issues

When I opened my invulnerable crystal I saw a pop up and selected the reward but when I closed the game and started it again I did not see my rewards. Please confirm what rewards should be and are they in my chest (or elsewhere).

Same here. No items after opening crystal. Game opened more than 20 times after that. Please, Kabam. Thanks

Same here, I submitted a ticket after an alliance member was showing they got there rewards to come through, so it's not effecting everyone looks like.

Are we getting compensation for the empty crystal? Some communication on when that’s happening would be nice.
