  Restarting worked for me.
  But compensation itself mocking the bug (Crystal disappeared) it was compensating for is creative by Kabam.

  I have been getting this issue since the Glorious games week where some (not all) items in mail have to be claimed through the home screen pop-up or stash. It's been here at least a week but that is funny!
