Alliance War Rewards and Participation

My Alliance is finding it hard to get members interested in doing AW. The rewards are no longer relevant in the lower tiers. We could get only get 10 members to do war and we got demoted to Silver from Gold 6. We currently are in a War and all the defenders are either 6* r5 ascended to 7* R3. Most of our defenders would be lucky to be 6* R3. Its going to be hard to get members to join War when they see after a month they'll get a 5* nexus and a few low level materials.
They just improved the rewards in Battlegrounds. Promoted a whole heap of people to higher progression titles because the have ranked champs. Its time to improve AW or alot alliance will no longer do it.

    I agree, we are G1 and from the work we put in we should definitely be rewarded more. They clearly have no problem buffing Masters rewards though.

    War reward is horrible, unless you are in master alliance, otherwise it's really nothing.
    My suggestion, just do 1-revive war unless you want to push for master.

    The thing I don't understand is, Kabam spent time and resources on designing war, but they just can't see why most people don't like it.

    Not to mention they also often heal up to max every single fight.
    Not saying the rewards don't suck as you get further down the list, but most of the lower rewards can be earned by just spending 1 loyalty on team revives and nothing else. Masters alliance spend hundreds (if they don't hit 4 figures) of units worth of boosts and heals every single war.

    As someone who only buys the 40 percent revives and the few potions that are given at the beginning of a war season, I agree with others. Don't waste resources on a war you're outclassed. As a member of an Alliance that yo-yos between Gold VI and Silver I, the rewards are just a little meh each season, regardless where we land. Doesn't mean I'm going to give up on contributing for my Alliance in that mode.

    I get that but we are fighting only slightly worse defenders (if that) and getting trash for rewards.

    Everybody in here is right.

    I used to play in p4/p3 alliance for over 5-6 years. But 5 months ago, i've become ill and started my own alliance. Our first season silver 1, 2nd season gold 6, 3rd season gold 4 and current season sitting at gold 2. It has been a steady progress but i'm not looking forward to reach plat wars. I'm enjoying the 40% revive wars and hardly missing the plat season rewards LOL. They are all trash. Everything under P1 rewards is just rash and underwhelming.

    You have no idea if you think difficulty is only "slightly" tuned up.

    If that was the case, why don't you try and join masters war Alliance and see to it yourself what shitshow happens in upper war brackets of T-1
