Accidental Free Sigil Rewards??

So I bought the summoners sigil two days ago and within a few hours I got all the milestone rewards. I was unsure what I did to fulfil those milestones but accepted anyway. Then yesterday and ranked and levelled up a champ and I’ve received the rewards for all the milestones in my stash again. This all happened in the seven day window so it cant have been a sigil reset.

Just wanna know if this has happened to anyone else cause I don’t wanna get banned or anything lol

    I don't think this is accidental; you have possibly already gotten those rewards but they were locked behind the sigil paywall

    This is most likely the case.
    You can still get points for the Sigil Event without the Sigil itself, you just can't claim them without paying the fee.
