What Alliance Level Am I?

So a bit of a strange question. But I have been taking a break fromm Alliance stuff for a while and I'm not really sure where my account would fall for the current metas. Any thoughts?

    Depends on your skills.

    If you bought the account then prob somewhere in the stone-silver region.

    if you got decent skills somewhere in plat. If you're a god then you could prob play masters with that account.

    I used to play in plat four back when I was really into alliance stuff. But back then rank four six stars were the meta. How mandatory are rank 3 seven stars nowadays for plat? Do you need all r3 defenders/attackers?

    No r5 defenders work. Attackers, you can even use 7* r1 it depends on which path and defender you're going to take.
