Need an organized group of 10 // P3/2 & WR 3300+

Top P3 alliance trying its best to make it to P2 this season despite having 10+ players not experienced in T2 wars and not doing competitive wars. We would like to invite an experienced group of people who already have played together, to be able to achieve P2 without too much effort. Remaining ~ 20 players usually die in single digit per BG and the same we’ll require from the new members. We’re interested only in Valiant players with TBHR 4,5M+.
If you’re tired of constant disappointment and lost wars in your current alliance, your actual war rating is above 3150 and have few (those well performing) people that would like to move - please drop me your Line iD in the comment and I’ll get in touch with you asap. We’ll require some data on your performance.
In terms of AQ we do M8 and M6, Raids x3. On average 300k BGs per member.
