Slow Debuff/Passive on Mordo and Bullseye

Mordo is immune to AAR;
Bullseye's killer instinct is immune to AAR.

But why is it that when Mordo has a slow, he won't evade but Bullseye can still evade on slow when his killer instinct is active?

    Mordo is immune to passive ability accuracy reduction i.e. Domino/Falcon.

    So Mordo is a secretly good Domino counter?

    Sp1 and sp3 have stuff that isn't 100% trigger rate, and sp2 is just free willpower healing if they don't have any buffs, so while not horrible, I wouldn't consider him a good Domino counter.

    Maybe not a counter; but he's definitely workable if you draw him in Battlegrounds, and don't have a decent Tech option.

    Actually, SP2 is the one to go for. As you say, it can't trigger Crit fail, but also Willpower isn't really a significant problem, since the Soul Barb reduces the opponents Regeneration rate by 80% (plus an additional 5-15% if you run Despair). It's an overlooked bit of utility that Mordo has.

    As well as that, if you do start taking Critical Failure damage, an Awakened Mordo can dramatically reduce it by blocking, since his Sig grants him Energy Resistance.

    Interestingly enough Mordo isn't immune to AAR provided by passive Slow effects such as those from Northstar. Just tested him against Mordo and the Astral Evade doesn't trigger but the stun is still removed prematurely.

    Passive slow is not the same as passive AAR. It’s splitting hairs but slow is still AAR from an effect, it’s not aura AAR.
