Never got the chance to pick one of the 3 champs from the calendar event @ kabam can you please look into it

    Didn’t get the 7 star champion’s game crystal either, nor the high invulnerable crystal from the day before

    A response 2 other people have got from Support (below).
    So if this was the issue for others, they will automatically be sending you out that as in-game compensation.
    No timetable yet, but everyone won’t have to separately submit requests, they know who the affected people are (who's Calendar didn’t start on same day as most everyone else's at very beginning).
