XP boost

What is the point to keep giving out XP boost especially if your at paragon already?

    Because not every player is level 60 and the rewards that they go out in are rewards that are available to the entire player base and not just on end game players.
    Look at any end game content and you won't see them. Look at things that low level players can access like solo crystals and they'll be there

    Because the effort to program universal rewards so that they issue different rewards to players based on their level would be a pretty significant waste of time. It is easier from a game side to issue the rewards like they currently do and let them just expire in players stashes or let them sell them for a bit of gold.
