7* Selector Missing

So there was 1 day left for the calendar, and it said that the next item would be available in 2 minutes. I waited, but after the time ran out, the selector and the calendar disappeared without giving me the reward. Anyone else?

I live in the South Asian region, so perhaps it has to do something with it, because when we wake up, it's about 6 hours late compared to America.

I also saw many people in global chat (possibly in my region) also experiencing this issue.

    It’s region based. Happened the last time there was a similar calendar. Put in a ticket, I’m sure will send it out to those affected again.

    It happened to me too, how do I send out a ticket. And is the ticket time limited?

    Hello! Yesterday I took the last crystal from the calendar and the calendar showed that today I can still pick up the selector, planned to pick up the creature, even raised it to rank 2, I thought there would be a double and in defense, but no. I'm very upset, just very very insulting.
