New code already invalid

Why is the new code only 24 hours. What about the people that work to support their families that don’t have time to log on to a game within 24 hours to claim a code or gift? Personally I think codes should last 3 days at least.

they've been 24 hours for months. If you can't find five minutes to log in and claim it somewhere in 24 hours, that's your problem, not Kabam's.

The promo codes are usually shared for attending a Kabam livestream. So, if anything, 24 hours is a generous amount of time for you to redeem it.

If you can't find a couple of minutes every 24 hours then that's on you. Not kabam.

I think you're missing the part where the likely majority of people that play the game have jobs. And within that, a lot of us have family to support, care for and spend time with.
Kabam isn't responsible for you catering to the higher priorities in life. If you can't (or won't) make the time for something, then it is not on them to make it indefinitely available for when you are ready.
What is worse, to miss one silly thing on a game because you are prioritizing your family/job, or to miss a big thing at home or at work because you prioritized a silly promo code in a game?
If you're too busy to hop on once in 24 hours, that's okay. Live life. 24 hours is a more than fair amount of time for Kabam to give.

That's what bathroom breaks will working are for. Pop a squat, log in, enter promo code, collect free stuff.

You don't even need to log into the game, five minutes just to log into the webstore and enter the code. Again, sitting on the can, or while you're eating breakfast, lunch or dinner, or drinking a coffee, smoking/vaping, or any other thing where you have one hand free to hold your phone.

And, yes, I recognise the innuendo in that last comment and regret nothing.

I have a job. Everyone I know that plays the game either has a job working 8+ hours or is a student with mounds of work and had 0 issues logging on to get the code.

so being in an alliance, even a casual one, can help with this if y’all chose to. my alli has a couple different shifts/ time zones/ nations (continents I think?), so we all intermittently check for updates and info, then we all get @‘d in Line.just depends on the group, but odds are any group of players has (at LEAST) one or two who is terminally online..

been times some of us missed out, and that’s on us. but by and large most of ours gets in on the deals.
