    Exit the game and go back in. Seems to be a common problem the last couple of months

    lol ok thank you. My mini account had the same thing happen too. I thought I had restarted my main account to see if it worked but I must not have.

    It's been an issue with shards and crystals for months, if not a year, with them not showing up immediately. Hadn't realised it was extending to other items as well.

    crystal shards issue has in fact been a thing since May '23. I posted a thread about it and just looked to see when that was.
