Unable to collect bounty missions unlock rewards

So today I decided to change alliance since in my previous alliance only 3-4 players were actually playing and was barely able to get first 3 bounty tickets and since from Tuesday special bounty tickets event will be reset i changed alliance in new alliance they have achieved 2 extra milestone from my previous alliance but I am unable to collect those tickets do I need to contribute a certain minimum ammount for each milestone or do I need to be in the alliance for a certain time period or is it like I can't claim it all since I changes alliance but I don't see any clue as to what is happening any help will be appreciated thanks in advance.

    You can evidently only claim milestones where you were in the alliance at the time that the alliance reached the milestone.

    Prevents “alliance shopping”

    Not milestones 4 and 5 (in your case), but yes, any other higher ones that they reach from this point forward.
