These unit deals pop up need to be fixed

I went to click on something and suddenly a 1K+ unit "deal" popped up and of course i ended up clicking it. These pop-ups need to have a "are you sure" prompt especially when its that many units.

Yes I have contacted support but this shouldn't happen. 1K+ units is not "nothing".

Kabam needs to fix this. If there are people who don't want prompts on those maybe it needs to be a setting.

    Yes yes yes yes. Same thing happened to me literally yesterday, it’s damn annoying. I got all my units back within hours because support was a W but I suggested the same thing, they need to add a confirmation pop up for unit purchases

    Either a confirmation button or maybe instead of having the pop-up show you the offers it has a button that you press to take you to the offers. It can't make sense to them to continue to waste time having to fix these issues when they won't address the cause.

    Yup. I accidently puchased the bundle 3 deal from the EQ compleition a few days ago. I open a case and got my 1500 units back. I suggest you don't use any of the items and open a case with Kabam support to undo the purchase.

    Yes thank you that's what I did and to my surprise they already refunded things. I actually accidentally clicked a few days ago on my f2p account as well but didn't bother contacting support for that one. I'm guessing they might have changed the timing of these full page pop ups

    Just open a ticket with Kabam Support and they will refund your units. This is pretty annoying, but thankfully it's an easy fix

    Yep, the exact same thing just happened to me. 1700 units. I don't even know what i bought. I filed a ticket and I'm sure kabam will fix it, but since I'm not sure what i bought, i don't want to touch the game until they do, which is a bummer. I wanted to play tonight.
