Problems logging in to Kabam.dev

Anybody else having problems logging in to Kabam.dev to get rewards? It keeps saying password is wrong and ive literally changed my password 6 times to accommodate for the site and it keeps messing up my access to forum and game i have to change my password so many times.

    I dont want to be that person, but someone is maybe scamming you, change your password ASAP.

    I tried entering website kabam.dev, it doesn't go anywhere, so i hope it is false alarm, or you typed it wrong.
    But, to be safe, That's why i sent that short comment to change you pw.

    They changed the site address since i was last there but here is the email and link, looks legit?

    Yes, that website is legit.

    Yes, that is the WebStore website. Where Kabam uses Xsolla for managing their WebStore (logging in for payment processing, etc), and since the various FREE stuff and Promo Codes are all part of that WebStore platform, even the free stuff there goes thru the Xsolla login process.

    And Xsolla logging in redirects to what you saw is the xxxxxx.kabam.dev intermediate website. That is correct.

    ***As to your inability to login to it, and you saying you’ve changed your password 6 times already ??
    How are you changing your password ?
    It is NOT the password for your email provider directly.
    It is the Password you have setup (in conjunction with your KABAM ID email address) for logging into the game itself with.

    You use the same login for WebStore (Xsolla, etc) as what you use to login to the game with (**and NOT by some non-KabamID means like Play/Game Center logging in, which is NOT actually a Kabam ID).

    (cont), oh, I see your pic shows a “Forgot Password” link on the Xsolla login page.
    Is that where you have tried changing it 6 times ?

    I do NOT think that can be used to change the login password for the game itself, which I think also means it really can’t be used to change your password for logging in thru Xsolla (since it is the GAME'S Kabam ID/Password that has to be entered, and they have to match).

    Thanks for all your guys’ advice i confirmed with Kabam the site is legit and that i have been definitely changing my password with Kabam (not xsolla) on the correct site but for some reason it is not crossing over. Even the kabam rep i have been talking too is not sure what is going on.
    They recommended clearing my cache, cookies, history etc. and still no luck. So waiting appreciate all your guys’ help.

    I’ll update this post if fixed so other’s can benefit.
