Can’t confirm ownership of my account, any ideas on how to prove it?

Been trying to swap my account from being linked to game centre to being linked to a Kabam ID for a while now, if you’re familiar with the support process you’ll know about the questions they give you to confirm ownership of the account. You may also know that one of these questions asks for your Kabam ID ( bare in mind it states “ if one has been linked to your account before “ ) The account is not linked to a Kabam ID and never has been due to it being linked to a game centre account. Every time I try to tell them this I get the automatic response of “ One of the answers to our questions wasn’t right “
This might not be the right place to speak about this but as you can tell going through the support process and emails isn’t really getting me anywhere with this.

And the worst part is that even though I know practically all the information, any detail or error prevents me from changing it. I had all the information and had printouts of each one, proving that it was correct, but they pointed out that there was an error and didn't say where it was.
Even when I tell them there never has been they just ask me again until they or I give up
