Can’t confirm ownership of my account, any ideas on how to prove it?

Been trying to swap my account from being linked to game centre to being linked to a Kabam ID for a while now, if you’re familiar with the support process you’ll know about the questions they give you to confirm ownership of the account. You may also know that one of these questions asks for your Kabam ID ( bare in mind it states “ if one has been linked to your account before “ ) The account is not linked to a Kabam ID and never has been due to it being linked to a game centre account. Every time I try to tell them this I get the automatic response of “ One of the answers to our questions wasn’t right “

This might not be the right place to speak about this but as you can tell going through the support process and emails isn’t really getting me anywhere with this.

    Happened to me as well with swapping my email from my deleted school email 3-4 years back. Nothing I could do.

    Same thing with me. Tried to swap from my school email and I just had to give up. Them not telling you which question you got wrong is actually so dumb lmao

    Sorry but I think email is like a user name? If that email is deleted, we can still use it as a user name only, can't we?

    Well, I've been trying to change my email for at least five years, but I no longer have the information they're asking for.
    And the worst part is that even though I know practically all the information, any detail or error prevents me from changing it. I had all the information and had printouts of each one, proving that it was correct, but they pointed out that there was an error and didn't say where it was.

    The only one they told me I got wrong was the “ Was there ever a Kabam ID attached to the account “
    Even when I tell them there never has been they just ask me again until they or I give up

    But if we just use email as an user name, and type our password, we still can log in game, right? Even when that email is deleted?

    It’s ridiculous how bad the support system is for people not using a kabam account and even worse how it’s practically impossible to link one…

    Especially considering using a kabam account has benefits like weekly crystals, bonuses with purchases and promo codes that at the moment are giving free champs!?
