I have completed my 5k minimum points and man… talk about a drag. I can confidently say I am done with bgs and do not want to touch them again. Hopefully we meet final milestones

Shoutout to the kind summoners who offered free points toward the goal.

Why do you feel like that? curious to know. I see some summoners saying that although we are going well.

We’re about about 650 mil with 11 and a half days left. We can definitely get to the billion without any further injections

I don't have any data, so hopefully @DNA3000 will update his post for the 3rd.

But just from looking it feel like the points is actually slowing down instead off accelerating.

Kabam assume that when more players get to GC the points would accelerate because of the increase point in winning in GC. But what actually seem to be happening is, players to slow down once they got to GC, mainly because for many it is a grind to get to GC and 5000, and the whole AI situation just make GC not enjoyable.

Some of the biggest BG players is not even that bother with it, since the rewards isn't that exciting for them.

I'm not sure of we would get to 1billion without ourside interventio.

It sure is a massive time commitment, which I am still is not a fan.
I feel like marks are there to cover the cost who are or will score 5k, at least in game currency wise.
Plus, they will hand 1Billion to the players if we didn't reach it.

For players saying rewards are not there are delusional, the amount of tokens in milestones are large in itself. Then there are cats.
A single Titan is not that big of a reward for me It falls into damn effin rng in the end. But the guaranteed value items are pretty good.

It will be close. Point building rate is pretty flat.
Took us 36 hours to get to 650 from 600. If lots of people stop at 5k then may be tougher.

Took us 36 hours to get to 650 from 600. If lots of people stop at 5k then may be tougher.

I’m still playing, I’m around 6k now but I’m using energy now for the rest of the event.

Should sill finish around 6.5- 7k I think

Just reached 5k. Played a couple of more matches and just fell further in GC. I will get my tickets and be at max marks for next season. My tolerance for this mode is low and I am past my limit of caring. I will probably just redupe my symbiote supreme with the crystal anyway.

This essentially it.

Kabam planned was player get will boost up points and accelerate the momentum once they get to GC.

But what actually happen is players slow down to a halt once they got 5k points and at GC. Who can blame them when AI is a mess. When Kabam ler players vote for the Meta, players didn't know (how could they) that the AI are much worst since a year ago.

So the question is there enough players that could reach 5k point to add up to 1 billion?

There are not enough players to reach 5k for 1B.
Most of who I know or see already reached 5k.

Can you guys count lol we’re definitely more than on pace and no the pace hasn’t gone down. When I checked at 2 pm yesterday we were at 627 mil. Right now, less than 20 hours later we’re at 658 mil. Safe to assume that when the 24 hour mark hits, we’ll have gathered at leg very least 35-36 mil. That is more than enough pace to get the 1 billion

I wish i didn’t get to GC so early. It’s painful trying to win a match. Just want 1 win for the banquet ticket every 2 days now.

I’m currently on vacation in Japan and a bit behind on the forums at the moment, but right now it seems we have dropped off a bit on points per day, however it seems to have stabilized around 33-34 million per day over the last seven days. From this point as I wrote this, we will need to average about 31 million per day to reach one billion without Stark donations, and as of now we actually haven’t had any large point donations since the first one.

It still looks good for one billion+ by end of event, although we haven’t had as much of a third week bounce as I was expecting. It’s possible the huge flood of marks from milestones swamped that bump in week two, and we’re experiencing a slight hangover from that as those start to run down.
