So I received this mail called little joiners after completing act 3 and now I have mission with alliance help which is locked saying you have to collect mail content named the little joiners but I have already claimed that restarted the game a few times to no avail please help...

“Claiming the gift” option might only count (as it says) if you are ALREADY in an alliance.

Otherwise, you have to Join one.

If you are already in one, then Submit a Request to support to have them move you past that 1st Level of the Objective.

I am already in an alliance so that should not be an issue and as for claim I already did but did not count so I'll try raising a ticket hope it helps thanks both of you...🙏
