Is this a bug?

so i attempted the AW showcase today, and on the left path against shocker and onslaught my Hercules didnt go immortal three times? but then against Onslaught the 2nd time he did? Is this a bug or some node/kit of the character that prevents immortality? I am a noob so wouldnt put it past me to not know this🤣
p.s. if it is a bug pls can i have my revives back 😘(Womp womp im ftp )

    It's because of assassin's mastery. All the fights in the showcase have it. His immortality is unreliable there.
