possible bug in yin crystal

It would seem Void is missing from the yin crystals.
myself and 4 others from my alliance bought the bundle and we wanting to test the crystals let them spin until they stopped on their own. Not one of use saw a single void. no 3 star void and no 4 star void. 25 total crystals we let spin until they stopped on their own and no one saw void at all. hmmmm odd. question is it a bug,bad luck or just kabam ripping the customers off again.

The moment you put the crystal in the spinner, your champ is already decided.
So for all 25 crystals, the moment you put them on the spinner it was decided that the crystal will not drop a void, so you don't see them in the reel.
