  DUDE!!! FULLY AGREE 100%!!!! This has driving me stupid mad for last 3-4yrs (whenever they changed it)! I have NOT been even able to submit a dam ticket for several years now, all because how stupid they made the whole dam system!!! My issue may be slightly different, but ALL ties back into the same BS they implemented years ago. Stupid and unnecessary ONSTACLES placed to only make it harder to contact. Several will “disagree” I’m sure. Ppl that don’t have issues???? Always SUPER QUICK TO DISMISS OTHERS!!! Basically, Kabam does NOT wanna be bothered!!!

  The game is rated for teens. They don't expect 6 year old kids to be playing, let alone remembering details of when they signed up.
  These things may be silly or frustrating, but in many cases they protect the integrity of the game by preventing people from buying or selling accounts and other bad things.

  This story happened to me: I was switching from a Google account to a Kabam account. As was written above, unnecessary and stupid questions began. Somehow I answered them, they linked it to the Kabam account. After 6 months, I accidentally bought an avatar for game currency. At that time, it was possible to cancel and return the currency through technical support. And again the same questions began. Naturally, I forwarded them a message with the answers that they accepted for linking to the Kabam account. But this time they turned out to be incorrect and after long disputes, they simply closed the request.

  I have the same problem, but its my problem not supports. The things they have are in place to prevent scammers from taking your account etc. How do they know you are not a scammer. That being said it would be nice for another way to confirm, e.g I remember my first 5 star. Also my ip adress would have been the same (nearly) every time I've played the game EVER. Pretty big sign i didnt buy the account. Reiterating though, you can't blame kabam for your own problem
