The Leader adjustment

Hello,

As we all know, the Leaders dmg is a bit lacking against champs without regeneration. My suggestion for adjusting that a little bit is: Changing the instant degenerations on the green door - remove the instant part of the degeneration, make it 1 second instead, and make it that after the degeneration ends, a small regeneration is put on the defender - that would help with the dmg from the specters, while working well with the rest of his kit, and not making him extremely overpowered. (the regeneration could be a flat amount, not scaleable, that should be tested, but i really believe that this adjustment would be great for the health of this character)

I think that would arguably be way too much and would actively make him worse in matches where regen rate can't be modified. Personally I think he could use some enhanced combat power rate on top of the green door, maybe a boost to the degen damage, but not much more. He's slow but super sustainable and in matches he's designed for he absolutely pops off

His Power dissolve needs a boost too.
I know Havok's passive power gain isn't big, but when you fight in a match with passive power gain (a match he should be great for) and that's what his dmg looks like...

Yeah... no... the Power dissolve should do meaningful dmg even vs power gains that aren't like 4 bars of power in 10 seconds...

He should just inflict either a root or an inexorable debuff to keep them in the green door. Can be only on being hit and last barely long enough to keep them from moving.
Otherwise the green door is useless..."hey. come here and try not to move. Oh the ai just dashes back or i hit you out of range? Hope the door doesn't close oh wait it did."

It's not that hard to keep them on it as long as you keep your combos controlled

Yeah, his kit isnt really thought through i think. The green door are still bugged, even though they said it will be fixed in the last update. His kit still makes a bit sense tho, unlike Mangog, who could use a total rework tbh.

Yeah this one is not good. I love the Leader, but he is just so extremely specific it saddens me. Like unless you fight massive healing or power gaining matchup you do dmg as a paper towel.
