Why aren't old Rewards updated?

BG GC awards have not changed for 1 year. Monthly quest rewards are still a joke.
So does the loyalty and invasion store. There are many more to list.
How many more years will this situation continue?

    I don’t think any existing content needs updated rewards cause that hurts players that have already finished it. EQ and the stores definitely need an update.
