Downgraded graphics on S24 series

Graphics are downgraded on the S24 series with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Transparency, blur, and warp effects are missing. Magneto's heavy and Ghost's win pose have their effects missing.

I think Kabam add devices that can show the advanced graphics manually. It took them months for my iPhone 13 pro max to show those graphics.

Did you change phones (or at NOTICE the graphics change) same time as January update content started ?

If so, could be with the January update, maybe not related to S24.
Other people, on other devices, have noticed reduces graphics (SP beams, etc) on different champs starting this month.

Nope. Both phones had the same version. Proper graphics on the S22 Ultra. Downgraded graphics on the S24+.

    Just installed 43.0.0

    Still has the downgraded graphics.

It's a lot sad that this is still a thing. It's not like Samsung and Apple are some rinky-dink outfit putting out a one-off device with jank, mismatched guts and weird specs or Kabam is a brand new 1-person boutique dev with no resources. They'd start working on a fix at hyperspeed if new devices couldn't buy stuff.

Version 44.1.0 still has the downgraded graphics. @Kabam Miike @Kabam Jax can someone look into this and get an answer back as to why this continues to happen? It seems like no one cares at Kabam. Posts about Android graphics looking worse for no reason even on flagships are studiously ignored. Does everyone there use an iPhone? Are people internally getting a 2010-era excuse about different Android devices vs iOS? No one in the office fires up the game on their new $1400 Samsung flagship phone and sees that the graphics look worse than they did on their old phone, which was also Samsung?

Still applies: It's a lot sad that this is still a thing. Can you show what you're talking about? My past 2 phones were Google 7 and 8 pro's and haven't seen any graphic differences and our hardware is fairly comparable.

The warp effect around Magneto's heavy (shown here by @spigwender 👍🏾)

and Ghost's heavy (shown here by Nick136 👍🏾)

and win pose RGB shift (a little hard to see here
    (Also Nick136 )

There are other differences in general polish like reflections and lighting, but those are a few of the easiest to check.

I'm not sure, I didn't check. Those pictures are representative of how the game looked on the s22 ultra eventually, the iPhone initially, and the Pixel 6 pro after an update. None of those shots had the environmental effects that are a lingering major difference between iPhone and Android presentations of the game.

These are from my Google Pixel 8 Pro. I believe the ones you posted, mainly magneto, is from an iPhone.

Could be. For the things I'm talking about, they can look virtually identical between iOS and Android. The important part is that they don't on many fully capable Android devices and then "the switch is flipped" and the effects are there, no notification, no changelist entry, and outside of device and game updates. Unfortunately, it can be the same with losing them again.
