Rankup help

I can rank up 2, 7 stars to rank 2 .
I'm confused on whom to rankup. In mutant I wanna go for domino but she is not duped yet on the other hand I have NTWH she is good in defense I guess and I have storm x too...
In cosmic I have no idea whom to rank up.
Your opinions will be helpful.

    If you could dupe the hype he’d be an easy one to pull the trigger on with your cosmics. I’d likely do Gladiator from your champs. He’s solid and the dupe really isn’t necessary.

    For mutant I would do NTW, she is an absolute beast, especially against skill attackers, a second option would be domino, even though she isn't duped she can still do some great damage. For cosmic I would absolutely go for Gladiator, I have mine at R3 and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He is amazing for questing, BGs, and AW.
