  I saw that, but Stryfe can counter Nightcrawler's evade with his Mediums.

  Stryfe’s is a different mechanic. Falcon’s lock on is actively reducing ability accuracy whilst description for Stryfe’s sonic blasts simply says they cannot be evaded.

  Because stryfe’s evade counter is not a reduction to evade a chance like evade or defensive AAR is. His psionic blasts just can’t be evaded, period. There’s no chance or DAAR associated with it

  There’s a difference between “lowers evade chance by 100%” and “opponents can’t evade”
