Nick fury 2.0 strongest Henchpool by far

The Skill hench pool is by far the strongest of the 6. Once you get him max sig, he basically works like nick fury where you have a 100% to get a second life. He also applies permanent bleeds from his specials but mostly his sp1 that remain for the rest of the match without a limit.

It sucks we only get a 2 star version of the champ, a 6 or 7 star would be pretty op for long fights with those permanent bleeds melting the opponent with no limit and the second life as a survival kit to tank sp3.

I think you hit the nail on the head for the exact reasons why he would never be anything other than a 2*, he would have to be greatly nerfed to be at a higher rarity
Yeah fair point. I just took him for a fight against a 10,000 PI captain America and tried not to get hit once but that second life is super powerful. once he is ramped up, he has great damage and potential with all those bleeds.

Does anyone also know when we are getting the rest of the hench pools?

He should automatically die with the degeneration, no? At least that's how he always worked until now.

Is he staying alive for some reason?

He doesn't die from it from what I hear

I don’t think Henchpool would be at all busted at higher rarity. The indefinite bleeds are already done better by Zemo, whose bleeds are roughly similar potency (relative to attack rating) but can be stacked much faster. Zemo can inflict ~30 per 4 bars of power, while Henchpool only inflicts on average 8 with the same amount of power. This also isn’t factoring the extra bleed potency Zemo gets from deep wounds and his self-synergy. Henchpool has no stack limit, but getting to the point where you have 100+ bleeds (aka the point where you start exceeding Zemo’s base capabilities) requires 50 bars of power to Zemo’s 11-12. In Everest content, the death timer will kill you before you reach that point. And as Zemo proves, weak indefinite bleeds aren’t winning you any awards in shorter fights.

The second life is also nice, but it’s not busted. You can cheat death once per fight, but then the degen brings you down to <5%, at which point you have to be careful about even blocking too much. You could absorb a sp3 with it, but realistically it won’t expand your life too much because you’ll probably die pretty soon afterwards from chip. As is, I fail to see why it’d be used even as a 6*.

His degen will always let him have 1% health remaining as long as he doesn’t get hit.

Exactly right plus trash utility unlike someone like zemo people always overreact about the slightest things not the first indefinite bleed champ

I don’t understand why Kabam even gives away anything below 4 star rarity to Paragon+ players. They are pretty much never used again. They add up nothing to gameplay.

    For the collectors obviously.

Tbh even if higher rarity it wouldnt be anywhere near zemo or nick as his bleeds are % chance and will be always extremely low that even at 99 bleeds he wouldnt be doing anywhere near other bleeds i hope in future they release new star rarities
