Its just void with this ability of damage with any debuff active

Mr fantastic with the full F4 synergy does as well, but no way to really run into that. It is kind of fun offensively on some of the nodes that put random debuffs on defenders when you dex or whatever though.

Thats reverse regen mr fan can do void is a passive dot from his passive for every debuff
