Fighting in AQ & I disappeared after the defenders SP3

So, I was in the middle of fighting Moon Knight in the 3rd section on the left side of Map 6 in AQ, he fires off his SP3 & then once the animations are done, we come back & we're both hidden behind a wall on the left side & I proceeded to get KO'd, due to not being able to see what I was doing or what was going on. Is this a known issue? If not, can we make it a known issue so it can get fixed & not happen again? Please & thank you.
