Do people actually “grind” low level EQs? I run them all once, just to get the units for the completion.
Just auto fight the lower ones. It's not a ton, but a good chunk of units each month. I don't do it every month, just when I'm bored. Best way is still arenas.

I mean. Putting your phone down while you're busy doing something else is hardly considered grinding imo. You're leaving hundreds of units a month on the table not doing exploration
