Is beta test FPS bugged?

I really want to try act 9.2 beta but the FPS are just low in this mode even 30 FPS mode is more smoother than the beta, the parry and dexing are just bugged, the characters just stand in midle of a combo, has anyone experienced the same issue?

    I probably won’t complete it. Too much eye strain after getting used to 60fps

    No 60 fps for the beta unfortunately.

    I won't be completing it either. First beta where I haven't.

    I thought it was just me at first (pixel 9).
