Raid Fervor 1000% Buff FAILS To Apply?

When fighting the hood (right side first boss) in some of the matches I would hit 30 raid fervor, then after completing a mission I would recieve 60 fervor and a vigilance, but no buff or extra damage.

This cost me 5 revives and I hope that some other people have an easy explanation for this and I’m just being silly

    If you were doing fights back to back without teammates fighting in between, you can run out of Vanguard charges. If you go into a fight without Vanguard charges, you won’t be able to get Role Force from your Raid Fervor. If you don’t have Role Force, you can’t gain the bonus damage. The next fight after this, if you go in again you will trigger a new Vanguard charge and will do damage again. If you are finding you are having an alternating experience like this, that is your issue. Make sure you’re getting Vanguard charges from your Assault teammate

    This happened to me vs invisible woman. One revive fill damage, next revive either do damage or no, no difference in play style.

    Cat why is the AInwaiting out vigilance buff timers to throw there specials and hitting the block 20 times before throwing a heavy. It’s not fun when the AI constant screws you every fight. Literally cooperation when you’re trying to save on revives. Extend the timers and get rid of Pierce and DOT or raid bosses

    Tell the workers people are quitting cuz the AI is trash and rigged
    People aren't quitting like you think they're quitting. You won't even quit even though you've said multiple times you were going to, so there's no need to assume the big talk from other players actually has any follow through.

    AI is totally fine in raid. Easily throwing their specials, no light intercepts, no back draft intercept.
    It's just your skill issue maybe.
