You can't use the soloing champ for more than the actual fight, doing so causes it to bug out and not deliver rewards despite soloing start to finish. Had to go back and use a couple energy refills after doing Royal Hunt 5 twice before realizing it on the 3rd.

I have just fought namor 6.4.5 2 times now using Shuri solo and only for the 1 fight and no rewards

You can't use Shuri on the path. The only fight she can do is the Namor fight.
