Most useless synergy in the game

Like I don’t think there’s a champion in the game that’s incinerate immune and has some evade or unstoppable in there kit. (Correct me if I’m wrong)
But I bet that there isn’t a more useless synergy out there

Whether they might be affected by the SLOW Debuff or not, it is still a Debuff, and there are other things that trigger (or increase, etc) based on (any) Debuffs on someone.

Do those 4 champs (3 shown + BWCV) have abilities that rely on opponent Debuffs ? (or maybe Quest Map nodes that do)

well ik that bwcv and torch dont rely on debuffs on the oppnent like spider man 2099. dont know much about the other two. They should change the synergy champs to champs like spider man 2099 or any champs that aint mystic because mystic champs cant put slow on champs they have disadvantage from and science champs mainly have unstoppable and evade. or just rework the synergy where it puts on a passive incinerate or puts an incinerate back on the attacker(it would benifet all those champions greatly and make mephsito pretty good)

That’s definitely in contention for the most useless synergy. In its defense, while it interacts with basically no champion’s base kit, there plenty of unstoppable and evade nodes that could theoretically be put on an incinerate immune defender that would make the synergy relevant.

At least it’s not actively detrimental though. Wong’s synergy with IMIW sounds like a sidegrade (replaces energy burst with passive incinerates), until you realize it has a max cap of 5 (!?) which means you very easily hit the cap and effectively lose out on damage. Northstar’s synergy with Iceman also seems actively detrimental; you trade all your pauses that you’d use to maintain your prowesses and reverb for a piddly burst of damage. Psycho-Man’s synergy with Mangog locks him out of his two utility modes (when utility is the only thing he has going for him) in exchange for +60% shock potency (his damage is still insanely bad). BWCV’s synergy is bad, but it could be worse.

The Prowler+Spiderpunk one has got to be up there

Nah that one’s nice. Permanent reversed controls is way easier to deal with than swapping controls, especially in scenarios where the controls swap frequently like Nameless GM. A bit of a meta benefit, but it’s also just a really easy way to practice reverse controls. That’s also ignoring that the reverse controls pre-fight that everyone complains about is in addition to other “standard” synergy benefits that they both get, so it’s not useless even if you don’t care about all that jazz.

Maybe it could be useful in the future? Maybe? Please Kabam?

moleman + guardian synergy is detrimental in many scenarios.
gaining an unstoppable does not consume mass.... well to me that is worse than useless.
i ply mole man in one of 2 ways.
either full time in frenzy where he can not lose mass anyway. get there via parry heavy.
    or.
i wan to remain out of frenzy and activating unstoppable is the easiest way to control monster mass
