Is it worth to 7r3 wong for a single path? Or 7r2 will do fine? I'm one of many, "just use Aegon lol" Necro player 😔
R2 is enough. I personally didnt had any experience with wong prior to this, and managed to one-shot Titania on necropolis first try. Which is one of the most difficult/longer fights with him it seems
@Eb0ny-O-M4w for those of us new to Wong and who managed to get lucky and pull & awaken him recently, what is the rotation/sequence you are using that make Necro solos doable with him?
I prefer to start with the yellow spell to allow to ramp up more charges quicker. The more spells, the more charges and the more easier it gets to refresh them on a sp2. Some fights where opponent deals energy damage via basic attacks might be better to use the other spell that gives charges on taking energy damage.
Anyway, there's a YT channel with tons of Wong solos, as well as a full itemless run with him. You can search it and should appear easily.
OK thanks. I just R2’d mine, threw my 6* scarlet witch relic on him, and after minimal practice was able to get 2 solos on Red Goblin unboosted. So yeah - he’s great from Necro. REALLY happy I pulled & duped him week before last - thanks RNG gods.
Is R2 Wong enough for the Necro run or R3 needed. Got a duped 7R1 Wong right now.
Well I’m a complete novice with him and just solo’d Red Goblin and ended with a full yellow bar at R2 unboosted. Obviously it would be faster with an R3 but guessing R2 is sufficient.
The counters will go faster, but at least as r5 you have full combat power rate. He gets kind of stressful to play when your power rate is lower due to being a lower rank 6 star.

A 6R5 is more than enough for Necro.
